EAA Champter 1134 (Young Eagles Program) is hosting a fly day for the DARE essay winners and those students who participated in the America's Promise Program this year. DARE students go from 8-9 and America's Promise will be from 9-10:30

Build a "Chicken Tractor"

Great Migration Rally

May 12, 9:00 AM @ Quivira National Wildlife Refuge to Kansas Wetlands Education Center

Follow the birds and "migrate" the Wetlands and Wildlife Scenic Byway. Participants will begin the morning at Quivira National Wildlife Refuge and will make their way to the Kansas Wetlands Education Center/Cheyenne Bottoms Wildlife Area where prizes await successful "migrants." Family-fun activities, including a raptor bird show by Ken Lockwood of the Eagle Valley Raptor Center, as well as other games and demonstrations are planned at designated stops along the way.
