David Thill is serving his first term as council member for the 2nd ward. He has served 3 prior terms for the 1st ward.. After graduating from Great Bend High School he received his Associate Degree from BCCC and his Bachelors Degree in Finance from Ft. Hays State University. David and his wife Shellie have three children. David is President of Sunflower Bank in Great Bend and Ellinwood.
