The Human Resource office is located at 1209 Williams.

The Human Resource Department is responsible for administering employee benefit programs, policies and procedures, training and employee development, recruitment and selection, grievance procedures, disciplinary procedures, evaluations, and all personnel records and files for approximately 150 full-time employees for the City of Great Bend.

Applications may be obtained from the Human Resource Department at 1209 Williams. Office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. If you live outside the Great Bend area, an application may be sent to you.
