Mission of the Legal Department

The mission of the Legal Services Division is to appear and represent the City in all legal matters in which the City is a party, and to provide the City Commission and Administration of the City with legal advice regarding issues involving the municipality.

The mission of the Municipal Court is to provide a fair and impartial forum for the just determination of proceedings involving violations of City ordinances.
