The street office is located at 525 Morton. Office hours are 8:00 - 12:00 and 1:00 - 5:00 weekdays.

• The Street Department is responsible for street maintenance and repairs, alley maintenance, utility cut repairs, traffic signals, school lights, signs, street sweeping, noxious weed control, dike and ditch maintenance including flood control, municipal parking lot maintenance, snow and ice control, spraying for mosquitoes, and providing barricades when needed.
• Sanitarian Services - Handles junk car, weed, trash, garbage and related complaints as well as cereal malt beverage license inspections and hazardous waste spills. They are also in charge of Spring Cleanup.
