Please fill out the service order and attach a copy of a photo ID. You can turn in the service request along with photo copy ID to the Front Door at 1615 10th Street or you may either email gbwater@greatbendks.net or fax to 620-793-4105.
Please call 620-793-4100 to schedule an appointment to have water turned on. Please be sure to turn this request in by 3:00pm to get water turned on same day.
