The Great Bend Fire Department is responsible for billing for services provided by our department. Our office will submit claims to insurance carriers when insurance information is provided. We understand that financial difficulties can arise following emergency medical care so our office will do all we can to assist patients through the insurance and billing process. Please feel free to contact our office at 620-793-4140 and our staff can assist you with processing your insurance claims, making payment arrangements or answering questions regarding your EMS bill. Our office is located in Station Number 1, 1205 Williams Street, and is open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to Noon and 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
